1. Any customer who wants to replace order(s)/ item(s) need to write a mail at support@kbeducational.com
  2. Any uniform can be replaced within 7 days of receipt due to quality or size issues.
  3. Customer support executive to advice such customers to return the items to KB.

  4. Upon confirmation replacement process will be initiated by KBESPL
  5. Differential amount (if any due to change in MRP) need to be deposited by the customer in KBESPL’s bank account and receipt shared on mail
  6. Courier charge needs to be paid by customer again if replacement is due to customers’ fault.
